How do you charge for projects involving a brand new website?

We are quite flexible in the sense that we can include the web design package within the retainer hours, or simply quoted separately as a one-off single project.

What happens if I don't use all of the hours?

We will allow you to roll over any unused hours onto the next month, which means you will not miss out on what you pay for.

What's not included?

We do not include costs incurred through social media advertising or PPC.

When will we start seeing results?

Results from paid traffic will begin as soon as the projects starts, but we advise that you will see a long-term of 6-12 months in organic business growth.

Is there a fixed-term contract?

Whilst we encourage clients to think long-term to see through at least six months to truly see results, we work on a one-month rolling contract. You may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days advance written notice, only after at least 30 days subsequent to the execution date.
